Maintainence funds held in Trust

Hello,

The property management company has Ł18k in a client trust account but my lease states it should be held in a Trust. Am I right in thinking there should be trustees who are also the lease holders? I've attached an extract from the lease.

Any comments will be appreciated.

The docs should say who the trustee is. It's unlikely to be the leaseholders.
