Hi all.
There is a RESTRICTION on my property at the Land Registry. It has been in effect for 20 years. It was a result of an relationship that has now ended some 14 years ago. I know where my ex-partner lives and I am [sure]....... she will sign any document....maybe !
My question is ....what is required, document/action etc, to lift the RESTRICTION at the Land Registry ?
