    Hi -

I believe you need to apply to the court for an injunction? Which from what I read housing matters its free.

My neighbour is running a business from home where there are multiple visitors throughout the day at all times of the day near enough.

The Police, council etc have told me there is nothing they can do, which leaves me with the final choice which is pursuing it via the civil courts.

My other question is, if I lose in my claim for the injunction, do I need to pay any legal costs?

    Thanks -

What do you want to achieve?

    Stop them earning a living?

How is their business affecting you that you are considering this course of action?
