Tenancy rights for caravan on field

If I had my caravan parked on a farmers field for over 3 month while I was living in it with the land owners permission. And the land owner wishes to evict m; am I legally entitled to an amount of time?
Please note there has been no agreement for money to be paid for rent.

No, not to give you notice, and they may be able to remove it straight away as well, sometimes they would have to apply to court, but not all time

If you were using it as your 'sole or main residence' then it most likely should have been banded for council tax purposes.
