  • urgently need help! CCJ - Draft consent order

    Hi everyone,

I'm new here and need some help urgently, hope some of you may help

I have a CCJ against me by civil enforcement ltd. due to unpaid PCN, unfortunately, I noticed it just beyond 2 months.
However, I paid off civil enforcement ltd. and I have received a letter and a 'draft consent order' from them, please see attached.

So, it's that means that I can set aside or dismiss the case? And what shall I write on the covering letter to make a strong case?
I am really don't know what should I do next. Please advise

I need to sort it asap as I'm due to remortgage, I don't want to lose my home due to poor credit score
    Please help.
