  • Applying for default - how to apply for costs?

So a company who tried to have my claim thrown out TWICE in two application hearings, before track allocation, failed both times...and now it looks like i will win by default as no defence has been filed.

My Q - can I and HOW do I ask for costs for both failed hearings in my application for default?

    See here:

    http://www.justice.gov.uk/courts/pro...l/rules/part12

You can also telephone the court for advice on procedure. Make sure that you do not say that you want advice - what you want is to be told 'what forms they wish you to use in order to obtain ...'.
