If I think I have a good chance of winning my case which is currently stayed, but have just had a Part 36 offer to settle sent to me (which I don't think is set out right anyway), what is the best way forward? Do I respond and not accept the offer?

Re: Advice re next steps to make
Hi scruples, & welcome to Legal Beagles.
To which track/court is the case allocated?
Why do you think it's 'not set out right'?CAVEAT LECTOR

Re: Advice re next steps to make
Hi, does it make a difference which track/court it is allocated? It is not small claims though. At this point I would just need to know the best way forward really; that is whether to not accept or just ignore! After reading the info on CPR rules for a Part 36 there are a few things that don't seem right, but I haven't got the document with me at the moment!

Hence the question.
You ignore a P36 offer at your peril, as a wrong decision could mean considerable costs awarded against you, even if you should win.
As Wales says (above), we really can't comment too much, except in the broadest of terms, without more info.CAVEAT LECTOR
