Legal Conflicts of Interest

I have a case were the solicitors acting for the defendants are in a conflict of interest. I want to get the court to order that they be removed from acting the defendant, which civil procedure rules can I apply.

Please could you provide some more information here? In what way do the solicitors have a conflict of interest?
