  • Particulars of Claim

    Hi,

    The particulars of claim has been sent to the defendant and the defendant has filed his defence. N215 form was filed with court too. When should I send the particulars of claim to the court? The court didn’t asked this by now.

    Your post doesn't make sense. Do you mean Witness Statement / evidence?

      You file the PoC with the court at the same time as serving a copy on the defendant.
