I live in South Wales and at the moment I am a 77-year old OAP and a 'Litigant in Person', and because I have no money or savings, no solicitor wants to help me. I am trying to fight to have a court order to install a 'Smart Meter' in my home (the order was issued on January 20th 2023) re-opened and reviewed by a senior judge. The trouble is, because I have spent the last three or four months trawling the Internet and casting around trying to find help, I now find I have run out of time for an appeal. My immediate problem now is how to get a 'Time Extension' and then apply for 'Leave to Appeal'. No one will tell me what forms I have to fill in, or where to send them, or what court I should apply to in the Cardiff area. Can anyone provide accurate information to help me with this please?
