  • Deletion of application because not enough space in court system

I made an application in the beginning of December 2019 and I heard nothing about it and when I contacted the court I was told that I have to send my application again because it was deleted from the court system because there was not enough place in the court system

I would like to know if this is possible because I have some doubt especially that my application was recent and if applications need to be deleted because of an alleged lack of space in the court system old applications should be deleted before the recent ones

The court did it and say the following

"unfortunately, due to size limits on our mailbox your original email with its attachments is no longer in our archive"

I am preparing a complaint and I would like to know what to say to make understand the court that it is not acceptable?
