  • Service of claim form etc.

    Hi all,

I've issued a claim on a protective basis and have all the court forms.

Please could someone kindly confirm which forms I need to serve on the Defendant, apart from a copy of the sealed claim form and the particulars of claim?

I take it I also need to send the same forms to the Court, apart from a further copy of the claim form?

Also, the address for service on the claim form is not the instructed solicitors’ address, but the address of the Defendant. Will this cause a problem when if I service the court documents on the Defendant's solicitors (once they have confirmed they will accept service of course)?

    Sincere thanks.
