So I am taking on Norwegian Airlines - a Scandinavian Airline. It is over a lost bag issue from a year ago.
They are listed on Companies House as follows:

As far as I can see they are set up in the UK in order to procure aviation licenses etc, and broaden out into Great Britain.
Does this mean I can take them to task in the UK Courts via their UK company?
