  • Video footage stolen

I have just discovered whilst at a major yachting show that one of the vendors is using some footage of a video I shot.
This video was on YouTube and they have ripped a copy from there.
They know how to contact me as I have previously been in email contact with them about some still images.

They have not sought my permission nor offered any financial recompense.

I am not a happy little bunny at the moment.

What is my best course of action?

    Bump for ideas please.

I have composed an email ready to send to the company but may have missed the best way to deal with this.

Have they credited your work? What correspondence have you had with the vendor as yet?

Might be worth initially trying the softly softly approach

        Hi

No credit, and as yet I have held off emailing / contacting them as I am very angry with then, hence cooling down a little before contacting them. Softly softly is best I think.
