Dear all,
Is some form of information gathering about a public body decision acceptable pre-action conduct? I seem to recall reading somewhere that it is.
The reason I ask is because I have been given very brief and generic reasons for a decision and the public body in question is unwilling to flesh these out.
Many thanks.
