If you go into court with an attitude of distrust and fault finding you will I suspect fail.
Civil cases are not as clear cut as criminal ones i.e. "beyond reasonable doubt", it is based as said on "the balance
    of probabilities",

It always has amused me that parties to a case/claim virtually always come up with one of two verdicts regarding the outcome of their case, if they win the judge was fantastic, if they lose the judge was useless, biased, didn't like me!! Not I didn't put my case as well as I could have done always the culture of the blame lies elsewhere.

Unfortunately bias exists hence the need to claim bias when lodging an appeal.

Incidentally, I was once submitting an appeal at the EAT and I had an ET Judge represent me. Even he suspected bias in my case because I am South African (we aren't liked much in the UK due South Africa's past). Unfortunately that is the way some Judges operate...

It does seem to as if you have an overwhelming grudge, persecution complex in regard to the UK and the processes of out law and practices, could this be the reason that solicitors are not prepared to act for you??.

Jeez, thanks. If you are suggesting my dim view of humanity (in various areas) is a valid reason for a solicitor not to act in my best interests then we will have to agree to disagree. In any event, they would need to be mind-readers to figure that one out from the outset.
