    Could anybody tell me if as a private citizen i break the law by recording mobile phone conversations without informing the receiver of the call. Much aporeciated.

    you do not need totell thereciever if you areusingte phone for both private and business then you cna recordto accuately divide which calls arewhich . You can also rcordwithout telling if you believe youwill need it to detector prevent crime . If you are dealing with a company that records calls then all you need to saw is likewise to them . ]
