To pay my mortgage or not?

    To pay my mortgage or not?

    We are selling our house and was initially given the date of today 30th sep as completion. It's now changed to the 15th Oct. Do I still pay my full mortgage on the 1st or leave it and let them knock it off our total outstanding equity?

    It is a contractual obligation, plus you will be hit with late payment fees and late payment marker with he credit agencies if you do not pay it

      It is your obligation to pay it right up to the day of completion.
