    I have never heard of anyone trying to claim defence costs incurred in one set of proceedings via a fresh set of proceedings in a different jurisdiction.

    For the record, the application by nPower for a warrant is a civil matter heard by the magistrates.

    I strongly suspect any such action would be struck out as an abuse of process.

      received an email from npower today. they have credited my account with the £130 court costs and £100 goodwill gesture.
