Hi - am taking a former client of mine to the small claims court for breach of contract and am preparing to fill in the section "particulars of claim". I have noted the amount I'm claiming and the interest. My question is can I claim for storage costs for goods purchased as part of fulfilling the contract. These goods are being held for the defendant until settlement is reached. Also do I note the solicitors fees I've incurred in the POS or is it sufficient to enter them on the first page of the claim form?
