Can anyone please tell me what course of action is still left to me after a final decision has been made by the Ombudsman? They have completely rejected my claim (the air is blue in my house right now!!) and have sent me a reply card for me to tick whether I agree with their decision or not. In my case obviously not and have told them such.
What can I do now?
I have told them why I have rejected their decision and why. One of the points in their decision is that they (FOS) agree with the sub-crime company I have the complaint against that arrears fees of £58 are fair!!!
