I understand it contains an article written by Fergal Cathie of Clyde & Co re enforceability of mortgages where mental incapacity is involved, and that Calvert v Clydesdale Bank is examined/cited

leclerc, Ive searched everywhere imaginable, but cant find any casenotes, can only find this the reference to them-

It's published here but I am not sure you want to spend over £300 to get it. Are you an alumni of any University? It might be useful to go to that University Law library if it has one and see if they have a copy of it.

No, never went to Uni, and dont know of anyone who can help

Most university libraries will allow non-alumni to take out readers cards. There are usually restrictions - not so many books, term time only, short loans, or read-in only.

How about getting it on inter-library loan, through your local library?

(You'll have to request a national book search, or they'll only look as far as the local area reserve collection.)
