Major Retail Company Not Paying Wages Correctly

I'm currently a manager for a major retail company. For a year I worked 3 out of 4 Saturdays for childcare issues and 8 weeks ago I was forced to work every Saturday night which put major financial stress on me and my partner. My senior manager promised I would get paid for every saturday night. I have not! They are also withholding a pay rise which I worked hard for. I have wrote letters to my senior manager about all the issues I have in my shift changes, requested him to look into my non payment of pay rise. Now they haven't paid a Saturday night premium. What should I do now? Advice needed as they keep getting away with this.

Are you a member of a union? If not, initiate the internal grievance procedure.
