    Breach of warranty of authority limitation period

    I imagine the limitation period would normally be 6 years, but need to know if it would be 12 years if the breach involved managing and disposing of land

    Yes, if it's a claim for losses / shortfall after a sale of land by a lender, for example, the limitation period is 12 years.
