I HAVE BEEN ASKED TO LOOK INTO THIS FOR AN EX COLLEGUE, AND TO BE HONEST, BALIFF ISSUES AND STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS IS NOT MY AREA
a collegue had a ccj against him for over payment of wages. after the ccj, the ex employer put it straight to sherit force who he is making payments to every week (10.00)

ill have to get hold of the judgement and see what it states but he owes eight grand and paying back at £10.00 per week
