  • applying for an interim court order

    Hi

i wander if anyone can direct me correctly.

I think i need to apply for an interinm court order and need to know how to do it.

I was made bankrupt in 2007, trustee took posesion of property and evicted me March 2011.

I have a lot of asset in my property and a loarge insurance claim outstanding for subcidence. The trustee is mishandeling the insurance claim.

I have a section 303 insolvancy act cliam in at high court.

I need to apply ( i think ) for an interimn order to stop the trustee messing up the insurance cliam while the section 303 is heared. ( i hae very valid grounds. )

    Do i

    1. apply for a different order ( under saection 303 )
    2. Add an interim order to the origional claim

or somwething differrent. any advice please
crazy council ( as in local council,NELC ) as a member of the public, i don't get mad, i get even
