    it seems that log book loans lost there appeal against the oft

    its not confirmed as i have only just been informed

    can anybody offer a link to the latest judgement, cant seem to find it

        Is a bill of sale rendered void under sections 8 and 10 of the Bills of Sale Act (1878) Amendment Act 1882 in circumstances where its execution by the Appellants’ customer, i.e. the grantor, is attested by the employee of the Appellants who negotiates, agrees and signs on behalf of the Appellants, the credit agreement between the customer and the Appellants?”


        THE JUDGEMENT IS YES

          hi,

          Am new to this site but doing a lot of reading up on LOG BOOK LOANS.. LOG BOOK are demanding £3000 from me in the next week or they want my car. so would love to know how the court case is going .
