    It depends whether there were other witnesses. If you appeal the whole case is heard again together with all witnesses.

        Without seeing the whole case I have no idea. A solcitior in full possession of the details from the previous case would be able to tell you if that is a potential outcome.

          Take a guess, so just 2 ppl as the witness and the accuser says she was mistaken because she didnt know the extent of my psychological/body pain

          and I say self defense because of the severity of my pain in reaction to her sound
