need advice please - resident management company has let estate fallen into disrepair and safety issues with very poor lighting broken - no electrical certifiate - i had a health & safety report done because the directors took no notice and he advises that there are safety issues and property values and rentals are reflected in the poor management of the estate - i am 80 years and lighting so poor now bollard mains lighting broken replaced by solar lights wich are poor and only come on when cars trigger lights. cannot safely go out after 4pm now unless occupanied. directors have kept the service charge so low for years and costings this year did not include lights only broken electric gates (broken for a year) basically s. charge too low for years. and there has never been enough paid in.

    directors ignore all issues
