A solicitor coerced me into signing a contract, this was ten years ago and I've not had the means to sue him.

Has anybody successfully sued somebody after that time? I wondered if it was worth me trying.

Frankly, it seems most likely that you are out of time. But are you able to say more, in case there is any possibility of a different answer?
Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

Litigants in Person should download and read the Judiciary's handbook for litigants in person: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf

When did you find out when the solicitor 'wasn't acting in your interests'?

But as Atticus says 'more information needed'.
