I am currently teaching out to anyone who had dealings with bogus Solicitors by the name Sechari Clarke and mitchell who were an "in house Solicitors " at Lloyds bank. I want to know if anyone has had a Charge put on their property without their knowledge by these Solicitors and it goes back as far as 2004.Any info from anyone who has experienced any dealings with SCM please leave a comment.

Can't help directly, but would explain for others reading this thread that Sechiari Clark and Mitchell never properly existed. They were just a letterhead that Lloyds used to use in its litigation/debt collection arm.
A practice which has b been stamped on by FCA

It would seem therefore that the charge was put on your property by Lloyds Bank
Good luck

I understand a charge can be put on a property without the owner's knowledge,( but it is rare) but that charge cannot be sold on
If you want to get rid of the charge perhaps enquire off the Land Registry
They .might well have a practice to clear off old, dead charges where the charge holder has disappeared or no longer responds.
