  • "Failure to state a Claim" how to respond?

    Hello, Joe Public here lol.

I was wondering how you go about responding to defendant saying I failed to state a clain? What does this even mean

I sued, def lawyer put that in response letter, judge agreed, dropped the case. This happened twice. Federal and local courts.

I did respond but it didnt help.
