If I have a CCJ awarded against me after an unsuccessful case, what process does it go through to end up on my credit record? With Experian etc.

Is it automatic, or does the person or company who was awarded the CCJ have to arrange this?

A CCJ is automatically added to the Register of Judgments, Orders and Fines unless it is paid within 30 days (or it is disputed and set aside).
If it is on the Register it will be noted your credit reports by the agencies

The 30 days starts on the date of the CCJ
