    If my partner took out credit cards and store cards in my name attached to my bank, can i transfer the debt to them as part of the divorce?

    These things can no doubt be taken into account in a financial settlement on divorce. Are the cards only used by your husband for his own benefit?

      The things bought were pans, things for the house, daughter etc? But without me knowing.
      identity fraud/theft though? Just wondering if they can be transferred easily

          So no need for police etc and moving debt over is an allowed thing to do, sorry im just not sure if it can be done
