  • Would this be legal?

I’m 27, average looking, own my own home and I’m single. I don’t go out much due to the anxiety I get when I’m close to people I don’t know, and I don’t know how to make apps like Tinder work neither.

I’d like to post in classified ads saying that I’m a home owner looking for a relationship, but I’ve read articles about arrangements in which sex is exchanged for rent. I’m not looking for anything like this, I’m looking for an actual relationship. Would my post count as sex for rent? I’m not looking for anything like that, I just wish to have a genuine relationship.

My view is that what you intend is not unlawful. However, it think it would be most unwise to move someone you don't know into your home.
