Parties in Family Court remote hearing pre-warned that it was a criminal offence to record any of the proceedings. When brought to the Judges attention that applicant had recorded proceedings on their phone, Judge chose to ignore it. Is their anything the respondent can do to get this matter addressed ? Is it worth contacting Police

no I doubt that the police will want to be involved, to be honest I think the family court is a bit of a joke in this country, sorry to be so blunt, One of my friends had an ex who not only recorded the court session but then played it to their child, judge and court did nothing, shameful.Originally posted by CYNthesys View PostParties in Family Court remote hearing pre-warned that it was a criminal offence to record any of the proceedings.
