After a little advice. I belong to an association. it has 200 members. 12,000 in an account. each member pays 35 to be a member. and one secretary. he is judge and juror. He has bullied me and slandered me for years. its true. I have asked him to consider two proposals of mine. One the association creates a small committee to set up policies for members to treat each other. and 2 a facebook page to promote the asociation. He said no to both. no consideration. he then sent out a newsletter making it clear he had not one single intention to consider the proposals of mine.
So the question. can I challenge him legally. Do I have any rights. there are no rules or constitutions regarding the association. I firmly believe his refusal does not have the best interests of members or the association in mind.
Any advice appreciated.
