Claim draft error due to email mixup. Is this normal?

I dropped off 50 pages of printed email and got a whatsapp acknowledgement from my lawyer. Now the claim has been filed and its completely wrong about 1 fact. The lawyer says he does not have 6 emails related to that fact. Is this normal? how to handle?

I'm sorry, but it is not clear quite what has gone wrong. Were the 6 emails in the package you provided?

It may be that the claim document can be amended. Was a draft not sent to you to approve before being submitted?
