I thought you could if you can prove that someone was influenced like my mum was.

You have no proof and possibly looking for a needle in a haystack. You need to services of a good solicitor. Try and get an initial free consultation and if you then feel comfortable and are prepared to pay for his/her services, then you have the choice of proceeding or not.

I am also registered disabled and born with a rare genetic disorder.

My brother refuses to accept any of my medical problems, surely this could also be deemed as depriving a disabled person out of money?

In the will, mum stipulated that I am both entitled to the capital and income of the trust, but have so far never received any payments.

My solicitor has been trying since last week to contact the Trustees solicitor, apparently he is off sick, which I think is very sus, considering we are trying to sort things out.

I had an email today from my solicitor, we are going back to our experienced barrister for further advice.

i have asked about proceeding on the grounds of financial abuse of a disabled person either under the Equality Act or Disability Act for not giving me any payments since my mum died consider I'm supposed to be entitled to the income and capital of the Trust.

My brother failing to pay the full £306K into the Trust for the purchase price of the property, the whereabouts of my mother's private pension which was unaccounted for in the final accounts.

I have informed my solicitors of various assets my brother has which could be seized to pay for my legal fees if the Trustees do not cooperate for me to have my legal fees paid out of the trust.

The Truste is supposed to be for my benefit, but never has been.

I have spoken to a friend of mine today who is a police officer. She reckons it could be fraud on the above grounds and to phone and report it.

I'll wait and see what my solicitor comes back with.
