  • Speakers Gone Faulty on Argos Pay Later Scheme

I have an Argos Card for which I can make purchases and then pay within 3 months.

So on the 29th September, I purchased through Argos some speakers for my computer.

Today, almost 1 month later, my right hand speaker seems to have developed a fault and seems to have lost its bass compared to the left one.

So as I havent bought the speakers yet, I need to pay the £69 bya date in November,, I've bought faulty equipment.

How do I make a claim the speaker are now faulty just before I'm due to pay for them!?

Your Argos Card works just like a credit card. Just tell them it's faulty, ask them to replace it, it shouldn't be an issue, but do it via email.
