Claim form meaning

i am filling in a claim form and under declaration it states ‘I claim to be indemnified according to the terms and conditions of the liability cover as arranged’. What does this mean?

That your claim only relates to the coverage that's in your Terms and Conditions. It's pretty standard.

You should really stick to your original thread then members can see what your question relates to.

I take it that you are claiming under Section 75 against your card issuer?
