I don't think s.75 CCA would have helped even if she had paid by credit card. That's for non delivery/non supply/misrepresentation etc I'd be pleasantly surprised if there was any s.75 protection for damaged caused during the course of providing the service, as this should be covered by supply contract/insurance?"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012

Depending on the type of card you used, you might be able to make a Section 75 claim. Check the T's & C's of your card issuer, If you can make a Section 75 claim, then make one. Did you take pics of the steps?Originally posted by Tulip-sun View PostDebit card
