caught sealing in asda please help

i was caught stealing in asda i said it was a mistake i gave them the burgers back and the said they have me on cctv two occasions they wanted me to go up to their office i said i did nothing wrong (the scale label from the onion got stuck on the burger pack) so then the police came to my home and cautioned me i did not say anything but will they take me to court?
