  • Can I have a copy of an email a solicitor sent about me

An ex employer threatened to sue me for defamation.
I decided to apply for an employment tribunal against my employer based on discrimination as a whistleblower.
At the tribunal pre hearing the lawyer representing my ex employer told the tribunal judge that the solicitors acting for my ex employers in the defamation case had sent him a 23 page email.
Do I have a legal right to know what that email says. Can I demand a copy.
    Thanks guys
