Am I entitled to a copy of a recorded virtual meeting that I participated in? It has been made available to some attendees but not myself.

...... and if asking doesn't resolve the matter, asking for a reason would be the next step. Business norm is to send a recording to all attendees - but there might actually be a technical reason. For example:

Some conference services require the chair to login with their own conference call credentials to retrieve the file - which might be quite large and exceed attachment size limits if emailed around. So the chair might decide to only send the file to those who really need it or have requested it - such as those dialing in whilst driving who can't easily take their own notes and might miss bits of the call.

Related to the above, depending on your environment, there may be no convenient location (such as a corporate intranet, or a file sharing platform such as DropBox) to dump the large file where everyone can get to it and play it if they want to.

If you think there is something suspicious going on and really want to force the issue, there might be a Personal Data angle you could use.
