    Moorcroft over the years try the reduced debt if you pay up?* part of their hopeful collection activities that way less work as they know they cannot take anybody to court but loose case to somebody that can/

        Hi thanks for your welcomed responses.
        I have just spoken with arrow global in regards the offer made by Moorcroft in the-hope the would reduce the settlement offer, but they would not discuss it and just reverted me back to Moorcroft. So it looks like it is Moorcroft making the offer. Moorcroft will not budge on the offer. So looks like I accept their offer or wait and see what turns up in the DSAR but that is the gamble I suppose*

              Received the DSAR today. Agreement was included but not the historic and varied terms and conditions. Also missing was a copy of the DN *Contacted Link and they told me the terms and conditions are on there web site and can be down loaded. As for the default notice they said they do not keep copies. Looking through the DSAR they sent the D/N to my Debt management company.
