  • Hacking or not hacking

    Hello all

I am not sure if this is the right section for me to post this question. If not, please let me know and I will ask the question again in a right section.

    My question is...

I run a business with 2 business partners and I sensed that the partners are up to no good. If I log into their email accounts to investigate, does that mean I am hacking into their email accounts and I commit a criminal offence please?

I must also mention that 3 of us know each other's email account password. The idea is, if it comes to an event when one of us has an accident or cannot turn up to work for whatever reason, the other two can then access to the email account if necessary.

    Many thanks in advance!
