      I dont mean to be rude but i fear you are missing the point.

      I could sue Asda, i could sue Tescos, i could sue Morrisons etc, but i couldnt sue Asda for a breach of contract with Sanisburys or Tesco, nor could i sue anyone because the number 10 bus was blue instead of red. You may well be able to sue Money Claims, but unless we know what for we cannot tell you whether you have the cat in hells chance of winning.
