  • Court order for unredacted police incident report

The redacted copy of a police incident report in which I was falsely accused of assault shows that my accuser deliberately misled the police (which I can prove) leading to a false conclusion by the officer who questioned me the day after the incident. The officer attending did not question me properly at the time and his report concluded that I had assaulted my accuser, but that there was insufficient evidence to charge me.

The letter I received with the redacted copy said that I would need a court order for an unredacted copy. Please will someone tell me how I can do this
