  • Scout group endangered child, who to complain to?

    Hi Legal Beagles,

I hope this is the right place for this.

To cut a very long story short. I have an issue with my Sons scout group. Over the weekend he was in their care for an activity, and they put him in a very dangerous situation.

I will be contacting the governing body of scouts, but also I need to alert some kind of local authority to this situation, does anyone know which local authority etc that I need to be contacting about this?

    Thank you :-)

You could possibly raise the issue with the Designated Officer of your local authority (probably County Council)
